Consulting Services
ISSEE provides consulting services for Governments and Commercial Organisations and has conducted projects including; national security, counter terrorism, airport and other public transport security, critical national infrastructure, multinational headquarters, financial institutions and other large venues such as leisure centres.
ISSEE "Security Consulting"
This area focuses specifically on:
- Security: plans, procedures and initiatives to minimise the probability of an explosive (IED) or chemical biological radiological nuclear (CBRN) terrorist attack.
- Vulnerability of buildings and their occupants: to minimise the effects on personnel, premises and operations should an attack take place.
- Blast Mitigation: Pre-building design, retro-fitting existing buildings.

ISSEE "Explosives Consulting"
This area focuses specifically on all aspects of explosives including:
- Identification and procedures for disposing of unexploded ordnance (UXO) for construction companies, agricultural organisations and other involved in earth moving and building demolition likely to expose UXO.

Security Consulting
Projects have included:
- A country with rich mineral resources, internal tension and border disputes selected ISSEE consulting services to plan and project manage the implementation of a national training centre for the training of; counter terrorist, explosives, IED and CBRN specialists. This project embraces; audit of current equipment, current and future threats, future equipment, training needs analysis and skills development for military, police and private security agencies to meet future threats.
- Counter terrorist security for a busy non UK international airport. This project involved a full audit to test and assess existing aspects of security and to produce a report highlighing shortfalls and remedial actions to meet post 9/11 risk assessments. The project embraced; organisation and management of security, recruitment of aviation security personnel, security equipment, security plans and procedures, security training, monitoring security standards, future developments, airport and airside perimeter, restricted zones, screening and searching of people and baggage, security pass / badge system, general aviation, air traffic control, telecommunications and navigation aids, essential services, observations and recommendations.
- Evacuation plans for the staff of a multinational organisation with significant numbers of staff deployed in hostile environments spread over a number of countries and on long term assignments.
- A multinational head office loaced in a city centre where the company had identified that it and some close proximity neighbour organisations were likely targets for a number of terrorist and activist organisations. The company acknowledge the level of risk and wanted to minimise the effects of an attack on personnel, premises and business operations and they selected ISSEE consulting services "to assess the vulnerability of the building and its occupants from the effects of explosive devices and to recommend measures to reduce and mitigate them."
- Design, development and delivery of training programs for a new National Disaster Management Centre for a Far East country.
- Counter IED, terrorist procedures for large organisations post rooms and goods-in department. Corporate level procedures for actions to be taken in the event of an IED, CBRN or related terrorist attack.
- ISSEE has been appointed "specialist advisor" to an Eastern European country for infrastructure security and large events involving multiple venues.
