The team at ISSEE is putting the final preparations together for the second Early Careers Symposium early July, hosted at ISSEE. The symposium is spread over two days and is specifically aimed at engineers and scientists who are in the early stages of their careers in any disciplines within the defence weapons and explosives industry.
The symposium will take place on 5th and 6th July 2016 at ISSEE, Heythrop Park, Enstone, Chipping Norton, Oxfordshire OX7 5UE.
The total cost for these two days, which includes full use of the conference facilities, food, drink, accommodation, a networking reception and evening dinner, is £300.00 per person.
The Chair of the Early Careers Focus Group, says about the partnership with ISSEE: “It is a great opportunity to hold the first Early Careers Symposium at ISSEE’s home at Heythrop Park. The new location has excellent facilities and is very accessible making it an ideal venue to host delegates from all around the UK. We recognised very early on that ISSEE’s strong reputation for working with commercial and public organisations would deliver the right level of support for our event.”
Gordon Storey, CEO for ISSEE adds:”We are very pleased to be hosting the Early Careers Symposium again this year. It coincides with the regular meeting of the UK Sector Skills Strategy Group (SSSG) and provides a great opportunity for the ‘new blood’ to mix and meet with the more experienced members of the industry. There couldn’t be a better fit!”
